I'm Anna, the creator of Starstrum.  Thanks so much for visiting my site and checking out what Starstrum is all about!  I'm so glad you are here!  I have been a music teacher for over 20 years.  I have taught in a variety of settings from Church Music Teams, Elementary Schools, Music Schools, Talent Agencies to Private One on One Lessons.  I own and operate a large music studio with a growing student and teacher base in North Idaho.  I'm also a mother of three boys who have helped me in this journey of publishing my own books.

Starstrum was created out of my desire to find great Preschool to Early Elementary Ukulele Resources which were hard to find.  I'm a big believer in making learning fun, specially when it comes to music!  Preschoolers have inspired everything about how my books were created.  They love to play, explore, color, dance, sing and move!  You will find components in each book that highlight these things.

I have used all these same resources with my own group classes and have found that students respond really well to them because they tap into what they naturally love to do.  It is my hope that you will find great success in teaching your young Ukulele students with these materials.  I look forward to creating more loveable books and resources for you and your students in the years to come!
